3 Cool Things:
     • To help relieve stress during the COVID-19 pandemic, PineBridge offered virtual yoga,
Pilates and meditation courses led by expert instructors. Employees were able to access
the one-hour classes over Zoom.

     • Hosts educational and diversity-focused webinars and fireside chats for employees. For example, CEO Gregory Ehret recently spoke with civil rights activist and historian Mary Frances Berry about the importance of Juneteenth.
     • Based on employee feedback, PineBridge plans to implement a hybrid work arrangement that will give employees increased flexibility. (As of early November the company had not set a firm date for official reopening, but when it does, it will adopt the hybrid model.)

Employees say:
     • “I think management at PineBridge does a great job at promoting an open culture, where colleagues at every level should be eager to speak up and offer their views, whether positive or negative.”
     • “PineBridge also does a great job of introducing new initiatives to keep employees engaged. For instance, the culture committee hosts quarterly Wine Downs, monthly Coffee Chats and
other events where I’m able to develop a more personal relationship with my colleagues.”
     • “The firm focuses on making positive changes in the industry but also in general, with ESG implementation and charitable giving. The firm has been very flexible when it comes to remote work, which has been great.”

PROMOTING GENDER EQUITY: In recognition of International Women’s Day, the PineBridge Women’s Network launched the ‘Choose to Challenge’ campaign, featuring pledges from employees on how they are challenging gender bias and inequity.
